Get a free quote →Wi-Fi that drops out upstairs, a smart thermostat you can't get working, or a new laptop still sitting in its box? I sort out home tech so it just works. I fix patchy Wi-Fi, fit smart heating and lighting, set up Alexa and Google Home, and help with computers and printers for homes and small businesses.
I'm patient and explain everything in plain English, so it's ideal if you're not confident with technology, or if you're arranging help for an older parent or relative. I'll set it up, show you how to use it, and leave simple notes behind.

Common questions
Why is my Wi-Fi so bad upstairs or in the garden?
Thick walls, floors and where your router sits all weaken the signal. A mesh Wi-Fi system adds small units around your home so you get strong Wi-Fi everywhere, and a wired data point can fix stubborn rooms for good.
Can you set up my new laptop and move my files over?
Yes. I'll set up the new computer, move your photos, documents and email across, and make sure your printer and Wi-Fi work with it.
Can you help my elderly parent with their technology?
Absolutely. I go at their pace, set things up so they're simple to use, and write easy instructions. You can book on their behalf and I'll keep you updated.
Can you install a smart thermostat like Hive or Nest?
Yes. I fit and set up Hive, Nest and Tado, connect the app to your phone and set your heating schedule.
Do you help businesses?
Yes. I set up Wi-Fi, network cabling, printers and shared drives for shops, offices and small businesses.
